How to order uniforms

There are several methods by which you can order your official Western Health uniforms. You may choose from any of the following:

ORDERING ONLINE

Online ordering is now available.

You are now able to order uniforms through this website, which has a secure shopping cart for processing payments via credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa) or PayPal.

Once you setup a user account you will be free to begin ordering your uniforms. Click here for information on setting up a user account.

You can only browse garments once you have selected your appropriate department when setting up a user account. This ensures you can only see uniforms for your specific department to avoid people ordering incorrect uniforms.

A Category menu will be available on the left column of the website which will display uniforms organised by department. Selecting your department will display the range of uniforms available to you, broken down by type. Please note this category menu will not be available until after the Western Health uniform range is launched in early 2011.

Clicking on a product thumbnail image will bring up a page with details on the product. Here you can select the appropriate size, quantity and colour (if more than one is available). Clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button will then place the selected item/s in your shopping cart. You can then navigate to other product pages if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.

Once you have added all the items you require to your shopping cart clicking the 'view cart' button in the shopping on the left column will bring you to a page listing all the items currently in your cart. You can change the quantities of any item or delete items here if you wish. If you wish to purchase the contents of your cart, you can click the 'checkout' button.  This will take you to a delivery information page. Here you should review the delivery information and ensure it is correct, once you have done so click the 'continue' button. This will take you to the payment method, you can pay either by credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa) or by Paypal.

 

ORERING BY PHONE

You can order your uniforms by phone at any time between 8:30am and 5:30pm on Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded). Please have your credit/debit card handy for payment. If you are unsure of the range available you may download a pdf which lists the range of garments for each specific department from our downloads page.

 

ORDERING BY FAX

You can download a faxable pdf order form from our downloads page. Complete this form and fax it to 03 9689 6433 to send off your order. We will send you a confirmation text message to confirm we have received your fax order.

 

ORDERING BY EMAIL

Orders can be sent through via email to sales@andrewsclothing.com.au. When ordering ensure you have the following information in your email:

Name
Department
Telephone Number
Address
Garments required, (style code, colour, size, quantity)


A downloadable pdf listing the range of Western Health uniforms can be obtained via our downloads page.

We do not recommend emailing credit card details for security reasons. Once an order is received we can contact you on the supplied phone number to get your payment details.
