REASONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT(S)
Items that have been embroidered cannot be returned to stock, due to the large array of logo/style/size combinations available. You are therefore required to select your items carefully as items ordered incorrectly can not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.
If a product(s) is faulty or is not the product(s) you ordered, you may receive a full refund of your purchase price plus shipping charges, or you may exchange the product(s), or you may receive a store credit for the full purchase price plus shipping.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT(S)
To arrange to return a product, please call Andrews Corporate Clothing on 1300 222 669 to get a return authority.
To return a product(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned product(s) to:

Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of invoice date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your account for future purchases if chosen.
